Gregg Gumbert serves as Practice Group Leader for the Firm’s Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring Group and focuses his practice on commercial lending, debt financing and real estate development and finance. He has represented: lenders and borrowers in a variety of real estate and commercial finance transactions, including loan syndications and participations; Qualified Active Low-Income Community Businesses (QALICBs) and other entities in New Markets Tax Credit financings; and conduit borrowers and providers of credit enhancements in bond transactions.

Gregg’s work has been recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers®. He obtained his J.D. from Emory University and is admitted to the Tennessee Bar
