Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1975. he formed Nelsons in 1983 before leaving in 2003 to establish Richard Nelson LLP. Richard is a highly regarded regulatory solicitor who is well known for representing solicitors before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in SRA investigations. Richard is a Past President of the Nottinghamshire Law Society.
