Calvina Bostick is a partner in K&L Gates’ New York office, where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other business transactions. She represents public and private operating companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions in transactions across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, fashion and retail, technology, and media. Ms. Bostick regularly advises clients in the areas of domestic and cross-border mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate recapitalizations, among others.
