Mouhamed KEBE is the Managing Partner of GENI & KEBE, a full service law firm member of DLA Piper Africa,based in Senegal, and Ivory Coast, with affiliate offices across several jurisdictions mainly in the OHADA region (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad,Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger).
Qualified with the Senegal Bar in 1993, he advises our clients, mainly on Energy and Natural Resources, Litigation and Dispute matters, on M&A, PPP and focuses very well on the mining and Oil and Gas sectors
He holds a LLM in Business law from the University of Dakar Cheikh Anta Diop, Senegal, a LLM in International law from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and a Certificate in Commercial and Investment Arbitration from the University of London.
