EXPERIENCE ◼ Advising CASA ORASCOM Ltd (social housing construction) in partnership with the DGPU (Délégation Générale à la Promotion des Poles Urbains de Diamniadio et du Lac Rose. ◼ Advising SOLEVO SENEGAL (Project Lima II) on a refinance with STANDARD CHARTERED BANK concerning the Facility Agreement and the Securities Agreement for a loand to EURO 150 million. ◼ Advising RINGIER DIGITAL MARKETING SA on the Shares Transfer Agreement. ◼ Advising a foreign bank on the matter of export financing for the contsruction of five regional airports in Senegal ◼ Advising RESOLUTE MINING, on the discharge of the mining licence mortgage. ◼ Advising FAMY SENEGAL SUARL tax audit of the company, in particular on transactions between Senegal and Mauritius.
