With more than a decade of experience, Gretta is an integral part of Chaffetz Lindsey’s international arbitration team and has recognition in the global IA community far in excess of her peers. Gretta was promoted to Partner effective January 1, 2022.

She has represented clients in commercial, investment, energy, shipping, financial and construction/infrastructure disputes under the ICDR, AAA Employment, AAA Commercial, AAA Construction, BCICAC, ICC, LCIA, SCC, SMA, and UNCITRAL Rules in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Her accolades include being selected as one of eight “Most Highly Regarded Non-Partners” in the Americas for the Who’s Who Legal: Future Leaders – Arbitration for the 2021 and 2022 lists and awarded the 2019 Outstanding Alumni from the International Commercial Arbitration Law program at Stockholm University, from which she obtained her LL.M. Gretta was also identified in 2022 as a “Rising Star” and “Key Lawyer” for international arbitration in Legal500 USA.
