Adriana is responsible for creating TozziniFreire’s Environmental Law practice group and has been exclusively dedicated to the area since 1997. Her practice encompasses conducting environmental audits in M&A transactions; risk identification and strategic advice on risk management regarding environmentally sensitive projects; judicial and administrative proceedings, including representation before the environmental protection bodies and the Attorney General; strategic assistance in environmental licensing proceedings; drafting of contracts and agreements relating to environmental issues; and assisting in environmental compliance, including the management of environmental liabilities.

Member of UBAA (Brazilian Union of Environmental Law). Member of ICC (International Chamber of Commerce). Counselor at COSEMA (Fiesp Higher Council for the Environment). Member of the Committee for Sustainability of ABDIB (Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Basic Industry). Former coordinator of the Committee for the Environment of Britcham (British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil), 1999-2012.

Postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management from FGV-EAESP (São Paulo School of Business Administration), 2007. Postgraduate degree in Environmental Law from the School of Public Health of USP (Universidade de São Paulo), 2000. Graduate of the Law School of USP, 1993.
