Taylor has a corporate commercial practice with a focus on financial services and a supplementary concentration in private equity and general corporate matters. He acts for borrowers and lenders with respect to secured and unsecured financings, both syndicated and bilateral, in a broad range of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, including acquisition financings, aircraft financings, real estate and project financings, and asset-backed and equipment financings.
