Lending

Tyrel practises in the area of corporate lending and project financing. He represents both financial institutions and corporate clients on a range of financing arrangements, including project financing, syndicated bank transactions, cross-border financing, real estate financing, acquisition financing and asset-based lending.

While his experience covers a wide range of industries, he has a particular focus on financings in the oil and gas, oil sands, pipeline, energy services and renewable power sectors.

During law school, Tyrel received the D.A. Thompson, Q.C. Prize for highest standing in International Business Law, the Duncan J. Jessiman, Q.C. Prize for highest standing in Corporations I Law and The Winnipeg Foundation Prize for highest standing in Philanthropy and the Law.
