Carlos Trogolo Eliçabe specializes in corporate law and financial transactions (including capital markets and derivatives transactions, and bank financings). He represents Argentine and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions, and he regularly advises clients on general corporate governance matters. He is also part of the firm’s multi-disciplinary team specialized on advising entrepreneurs.

He is a partner within the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. Previously, he was a foreign associate with Lewis Baach Pllc in Washington DC (2013-2014) and an associate at the Banking and Finance Department of Estudio Beccar Varela (2004-2007).
