Jorge Pico advises on the different areas of Labour Law and Social Security matters, both in domestic and International markets.

Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a senior associate and then partner with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005-2007), senior in-house advisor to the Techint Group's Labour Law Department, advising the group on labour law and social security matters in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Venezuela (1994-2005). He also served as an officer at the National Labour Courts (1991-1993).

Jorge E. Pico has been a member of the Argentine Chamber of Construction (Cámara Argentina de la Construcción - CAC), Committee on Legal Affairs (2004-2005). He has authored several articles appearing in specialized publications and has been recommended as one of the “Leaders in their field” (Labour & Employment-Argentina) by Chambers Latin America.

He is a member of the Argentine Association of Labour and Social Security Law (AADTySS). He is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires and in the Province of Buenos Aires.
