Career

Horacio J. Ruiz Moreno is an expert in administrative law, public services regulation, oil & gas, arbitration and mediation, corporate and construction law.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Rosso Alba, Francia & Ruiz Moreno. He was also a partner at Hope, Duggan & Silva (1992-2005); an in-house advisor to the Techint Organization (1990-1992); a partner at Fornieles & Del Carril (1986-1990); a New York-based associate with Fox, Glynn & Melamed (1982-1983) and an associate with Basílico, Fernández Madero & Duggan (1980-1985).

Mr. Ruiz Moreno has been a deputy professor of Administrative Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a regular speaker in conferences on regulatory and corporate law matters.

He is the author of many articles appearing in specialized domestic and international publications, including Global Utilities Finance, La Ley and Jurisprudencia Argentina, among others.
