Career

Rafael González Arzac is an expert in administrative law, public contracting, public services regulation and matters related to the public administration and regulated activities and he has been involved in matters of high complexity and importance in tax litigation, representing taxpayers before administrative agencies and courts of justice at all levels, including the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. González Arzac was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2002-2007), an associate with Alegría Law Firm (1990-2002), a senior member (judge) of the National Administrative Court of Appeals (1984-1990) and Secretary to the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires (1979-1984).

Mr. González Arzac has been repeatedly recommended as one of the “Leaders in their Field” (Public Law-Argentina) by Chambers Latin America. In addition, he has been an acting professor in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and Public Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires for many years.
