María Paula Díaz specializes in anti-corruption legislation, both local and internacional, general compliance matters and privacy law. She advises on international commerce and cross-border commercial contracts and IT & software agreements. She assists clients with the adoption of internal policies and procedures and provides advice on comprehensive compliance programs.

Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados (2005-2010).
