Evangelina González Soldo specializes in corporate law, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and on antitrust and competition. She regularly provides advice to national and foreign clients. She has participated in several complex M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. In addition, she has led various approval processes on merger transactions before the antitrust and competition authorities in diverse sectors, such as financial services, oil & gas, mining, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, grains and oil.

Prior to joining the firm, she was part of the corporate practice at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2007-2018). She was also a member of the legal team at Baker Hughes Argentina (2006-2007).

Ms. González Soldo is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires.
