With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Del Real specializes in national and international arbitration, commercial and investments arbitration, and civil litigation,  insolvency procedures, regulatory procedures, and constitutional actions.

Previously worked at Palma y Compañía Abogados (2014 – 2016) and in the Legal Counsel Area of the State Railways Company (EFE) (2012 -2014). He was also Assistant Professor of Litigation Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s School of Law (2020) and researcher in the Justice Reforms Program of the previously mentioned Law School (2015).
