Mr. Portaluppi has over 11 years of outstanding experience in public law, particularly in administrative litigation related to regulated sectors such as energy, electricity, gas, urban planning, and construction.

Legal advisor to the Legislative Council (2015-2016) and the Center for Free Competition (2014-2016) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Legal researcher at Pontificia Universidad Católica (2015-2016). Legal advisor to the Bioethics Committee of the Episcopal Conference of Chile (2015-2016).
