Senior associate, Diego Schaerer focuses his practice on antitrust/competition law and compliance since joining Morales & Besa in 2022. Previously, he worked as a lawyer on insurance law at Ovalle & Cía. Abogados (2016-2018), while providing legal counsel on antitrust compliance, and more recently as legislative advisor to the Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism of Chile (2018-2021).
