Career

With over 15 years of experience in Administrative and Regulatory Law, she specializes in consulting for public and private entities, particularly in structuring and managing infrastructure projects. She holds a master's degree in State Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is also specialized in Infrastructure by the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS).

Her commitment to gender and racial equity is reflected in her role as a member of the Electoral Observatory Commission of OAB/SP, as an ambassador of the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Network in Brazil, and as a counselor for the Business Initiative for Equality. She is an internationally certified professional (CP³P–F) since 2019 and leads the Diversity Committees within her firm, recognized by the UN as a leader in this sector.

Her recent highlights include significant contributions to legal modeling for various infrastructure projects, such as the concession of Conservation Units for BNDES in multiple Brazilian states, federal and state highways, urban developments like the Transolímpica link in Rio de Janeiro, and the metro projects in Salvador and São Paulo. She has also been involved in social interest housing, sewage systems, and public-private partnerships (PPPs).

In contract management and claims for rebalancing, her experience encompasses municipal schools and hospitals, the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro, and federal parks. She authored the book "The Participation of the Administered in the Process of Elaboration of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Contracts," published by Editora Fórum in 2019.

Recognized nationally for her expertise in the Infrastructure and Regulatory sector, she has been acknowledged as one of the most admired lawyers in the regulatory specialty, particularly in the transportation and logistics economic sector, and is also noted among outstanding professionals in the state of Rio de Janeiro. In 2017, she was named one of the "Most Admired Lawyers in Brazil" by Editorial Analysis.
