Associate

Ana María is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology group. She has been with the Firm between 1997 and 2008, and again since 2012. She advises clients on their intellectual property portfolios, both on their selection and protection, including trademarks and patents. She has broad experience and capabilities in assisting clients with the design of policies and mechanisms to enforce their intellectual and industrial property’s protection.
