Associate

Rocío is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology, and Privacy and Cybersecurity practice groups. She has been with the Firm since 2012, and has significant experience with consumer protection matters and technical standards. She has additional experience managing implementation and consultation processes in personal data protection matters. Her practice benefits from her previous experience at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, where she worked on consumer protection and competition matters.
