Ana is an associate in the Firm at the Energy & Natural Resources practice team, focusing her practice on providing legal counsel mainly in the mining, energy, environmental, oil and gas sector. Her work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, regulation and investment arbitration matters.

At the same time, she is the director and founder of the Research Group in Merger and Acquisitions of los Andes University, a research group focused on the analysis of the main legal figures that occur in mergers and acquisitions at national and international level.
