Law Clerk

Carlos is a Law Clerk in the Intellectual Property and Privacy and Cybersecurity areas of the Firm, to which he brings a solid academic background together with his experience. His practice focuses on advising national and multinational companies in intellectual property, technology law, media, data protection and consumer protection matters. Moreover, he offers guidance on global data policies, handles clients regulatory inquiries, advices  clients in proceedings before the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, and supports in M&A transactions related to his areas of expertise.

Additionally, he is tutor in the Civil Law Obligations course,member of the International Arbitration team of his University, and member of the Honors Program of the Law School of his university, for his outstanding academic, social and personal achievements
