Law Clerk

Juan Sebastian Villegas is a Law Clerk in Dentons Cárdenas & Cárdenas (Bogotá, Colombia), and is a member of the Arbitration, Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.

During his undergraduate studies, Juan Sebastian have gained experience at International Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation by providing assistance to different lawyers at a Law Firm, a Court and to Sole Practitioners at the matters on their charge.

He has also participated in three international commercial arbitration competitions as a researcher and speaker, seeking to resolve challenging hypothetical cases through the research, proposition, and discussion of potential legal theories to address the issues presented.
