Sara is a lawyer from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. Her professional practice focuses on commercial, corporate law, and M&A

She has over 12 years of experience in corporate matters, business reorganizations, mergers, spin-offs, and in general acquisitions of companies with an emphasis on the support of foreign investment operations. She has been involved in numerous successful M&A deals, representing both buyers and sellers.

In the academic field, she has been a professor of Corporate Law and Commercial Law at Universidad CES. Currently,  She's a master's candidate in Economics Law with an emphasis on International Economic Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia.

A lawyer from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana with a degree in Commercial Law from Universidad del Rosario, currently, Sara is a master's candidate in Economics Law with an emphasis on International Economic Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
