Melissa is a strategic member of negotiating committees in collective conflicts developed by clients in the firm's portfolio. Additionally, she has been a member of the labor law committee of ANDI for over seven years and worked in the labor jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch for five years. She also has experience as a teacher in collective labor law.
