Helena Vicentini is a partner in the Tax practice of Vella Pugliese Buosi Guidoni Advogados. With more than 15 years of experience in Tax Litigation, Helena focuses on judicial high-profile cases.

She actively plans and conducts the administrative and judicial tax disputes before the Brazilian Courts, specially in cases related to indirect taxes, being responsible for structuring, drafting and analyzing legal opinions, legal theses and strategies.

Helena is very engaged in several activities in the Tax practice as well as in local Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, being very active in promoting topics as gender equality, women empowerment and diversity as a strength that should be encouraged and celebrated. She is also a leader in the Tax & Women group, a community of extremely relevant women in Tax Law in Brazil, created for share news and industry highlights, amplify the visibility of women experts in technical subjects, and development networking in tax area. Additionally, she is also one of the members of the People Committee and business development Committee at VPBG.

She has extensive experience dealing with national and international clients of a wide range of industries.
