Talitha Chaves is a partner in the Regulatory practice at Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. Before joining the firm, Talitha has practiced at Pinheiro Neto Advogados for 7 years and at Braskem S.A. as manager responsible for procurement, logistics and intellectual property area.

Talitha has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and regulatory law, focusing her practice on sectors such as Logistics, Ports, Technology, Intellectual Property and Telecommunications.

Her practice includes regulatory work related to transportation, gas, and energy, such as advise on ANTAQ, ANTT and ANP regulations and administrative litigation before public agencies. Talitha focuses on petrochemical, gas and agribusiness sectors, especially in matters related to logistic issues and contracts with transportation and storage providers for different modes.
