Mónica Bonnett is a senior associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz. Monica has managed extensive portfolios of patents and health registrations in Latin America for national and multinational clients, including several of the largest pharmaceutical companies, such as Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Zogenix International Limited, Exactech, and Solla. In addition, she has solved great legal challenges that arise in the new cannabis industry. Likewise, her work stands out in sectors that include pharmaceuticals, plant varieties, food and beverages, cannabis, agriculture, biotechnological innovation, and health care.
