Annalisa Jaquez has over 20 years of experience in matters of corporate, commercial, civil and business laws with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, contractual matters, real estate transactions, project development and financing, distribution agreements and franchising, foreign investment and free trade zones. She serves as counsel for foreign and local clients in the negotiation and execution of contracts and has participated in complex business deals in the Dominican Republic.
