Partner. er exercise is focused on business matters, including, civil and commercial law, intellectual property, real estate law, financial and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and project development, financings, distribution agreements and franchises, foreign investment and free trade zones. She has actively collaborated with the review of drafts of laws and regulations

Education

Ms. Jáquez received her Bachelor of Laws, Summa Cum Laude, at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 1999. In 2000, she was awarded the Diplôme Superior de L’Université – Droit Commercial  from  L’Université de Droit, d’Économie et de Sciences Sociales de Paris, Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Paris, France. Furthermore, she obtained her Master’s Dual Degree in Comparative and International Business Law from L’Université de Savoie (Chambéry-Annency), L’Université de Sciences Sociales et Humaines de Grenoble, Pierre Mendès – France (Grenoble 2) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, in 2007.  Ms. Jáquez participated in the International Legal Training Course: Strategic Directions for the International Practice, organized by New York City’s Bar Association
