Amelia Ávila is a Junior Associate at Jiménez Peña. She concentrates her professional practice in the areas of Corporate Governance and Corporate Structures; in addition, she has been involved in the areas of Merger and Acquisition, and Hotel and Tourism.

Part of the team that provides assistance to Dominican and foreign companies, particularly renewable energy generation companies and free trade zone companies in complying with the special tax regime before the corresponding administrative institutions.
