She specializes in energy law, mainly advising on the comprehensive development of renewable and conventional energy projects. She has provided advice for the development of several renewable and conventional energy projects on a utility scale, as well as participated in important transactions and negotiations of international contracts and financing for the energy sector.

Fluent in spanish and english and has basic knowledge of french and mandarin.

Member of the Energy and Hydrocarbons Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic (AMCHAMDR); Former Secretary of the Energy and Infrastructure Commission of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic (CAMACOES).

Graduated magna cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana UNIBE, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (2015). She has a master's degree in Public Law from Universidad de Sevilla, Seville, Spain (2017). Regulation and Competition Course at Universidad de Valladolid, Spain (2019). She is currently pursuing an MBA in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency from CESTE Business School, Spain. Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Public Economic Law (MDPE) at Instituto OMG (IOMG), Dominican Republic.
