President

Founder of OMG, responsible for the organization and direction of legal and interdisciplinary teams for high-profile cases. He specializes in legal strategy, corporate and financial law, tax, and business planning. Has been an active board member in industries as diverse as asset management, banking, energy, insurance, construction, tourism, technology, telecommunications, food and beverage, among others. He served as Telecom Commissioner during the 2004-2012 period. He seats in many board of directors and committees in industries as diverse as banking, securities, insurance, food, construction, and tourism. In 2005 he founded the OMG Institute, dedicated to promoting the formulation of strategy and sound public policy for the Dominican Republic through research and teaching. He is currently President of the OMG Institute.

Spanish, English and has extensive knowledge of French.

Former President of the British Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic (2018-2022); Member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CRC) of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo.

A part time academic, he teaches courses in Business Planning, Tax, and Contracts.
