He specializes in conflict management, civil and commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, compliance and money laundering.

He is fluent in spanish and english.

Mr. Carbuccia belongs to the list of Arbitrators of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo.

Graduated cum laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra(PUCMM), Santo Domingo (2007), completed a Master's Degree in Corporate Business Law from the same university (2010). He completed a Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice at Instituto Empresa, Madrid, Spain (2009) and Master's Degree in Public Economic Law at Instituto OMG, Santo Domingo, (2017). He has an associate level certification in Anti-Money Laundering AMLCA, Florida International Bankers Association (FIBU) and Florida International University (FIU).
