Cristina is a partner at Consortium Legal – Guatemala. She has 11 years of experience in banking, energy, food and beverage, and nonprofit entities. Her experience also includes immigration law, labor law, occupational health, safety matters and environment law. She has participated as a speaker in seminars and conferences and is Trinorma Lead Auditor under ISO

19011:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

During her career, she has advised clients on strategic planning.  She has assisted clients in a wide range of industries in legal compliance of special immigration and labor matters, facilitating the transfer of their foreign employees.  She has also participated as a member of the panel of legal examiners of labor law students at the Universidad del Istmo law school.  Since 2014, she has Chaired the Immigration Law Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce.  She is also an international associate of the American Immigration Lawyer Association.
