Senior Associate

Daniel is a senior associate attorney at Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. With 10 years of experience in legal counsel in real estate and corporate sectors; he specializes in overall real estate transactions and business law matters.

During his career, Mr. Rojas has advised local and international corporations in legal day-to-day matters; likewise, he has been involved in developing, structuring, and modifying complex condominiums and in the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and mixed real estate projects in Costa Rica.

He has participated in the due diligence and structuring process and later development of real estate projects from important clients. Likewise, Mr. Rojas has extensive experience in private contracting and corporate restructurings.
