Rafaela is a Senior Associate at Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. Rafaela has 20 years of experience in the banking and finance law practice of Consortium Legal – Costa Rica. Her practice includes corporate law, banking and finance law, credit structuring, private equity, mergers & acquisitions.

Rafaela has led studies of legislation for local and multinational companies of mass consumption in Costa Rica.  She advises private local and international banking institutions - and other credit parties - in credit structuring, documentation and closing of complex credit operations.

Rafaela leads one of the teams dedicated to providing services to local and regional banks.

She has experience in trademark registration and administrative procedures concerning trademarks and intellectual property for local and multinational companies.
