Juan Pablo is an associate at Consortium Legal - Costa Rica with 17 years of experience. He specializes in public law, actively participating in consulting, litigation, and administrative procedures. Juan Pablo worked as a lawyer in the First Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice and was a Prosecutor of the Comptroller General of the Republic, which has allowed him to accumulate extensive experience in the development of appeals, and in general in processes of the Jurisdiction of Contentious-Administrative, as well as in matters of administrative procedures and in aspects related to corruption and Public Finance issues.

Additionally, Juan Pablo is a professor of Constitutional Law, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in Law at the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica; and professor in the specialty in Administrative Contracting offered by the Technological Institute of Costa Rica (T.E.C.).
