Rodrigo Guiada focuses his practice in Restructuring and Bankruptcy, representing domestic and foreign clients, as creditors or debtors, in various cross-border restructuring matters, out-of-court and in-court bankruptcy procedures (concurso mercantil), with or without a restructuring plan, including corporate, transactional, and financing matters.

Rodrigo has also represented clients in complex corporate restructurings and in matters related to corporate governance, investigations and compliance. He has mediated and negotiated several corporate conflicts (disputes between shareholders) as well as commercial conflicts in the representation of Mexican and foreign clients.
