His practice is focused on advising both local and international entities on Capital Markets, Banking and Financial Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Regulations of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, Financial Restructuring and Mergers and Acquisitions. Jaime actively participated in the issuance of corporate and sovereign bonds, secured and unsecured financings, corporate and sovereign debt restructurings, acquisition financing, banking transactions, M&A, syndicate loans. He has participated in some of the largest transactions taking place in Argentina in recent years, including the US$18.3 billion Argentine debt restructuring in 2010.  He also advice companies on general business and corporate law.
