Ricardo is a partner of the firm in the corporate practice with recognized experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, private equity, capital markets and sports law. Ricardo also has extensive track record of relevant transactions involving billions of US dollars. He served as a general counsel to a company in the oil and gas industry and as a foreign associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and other leading Brazilian law firms. He currently focuses on industries such as aviation, energy, insurance and information technology. He has been recognized by the legal publication Who’s Who Legal in 2017.
