Fabián has had significant academic and practical experience in the years preceeding his professional career, excelling in several national and international arbitration moot competitions. He has also written academic articles regarding Labour and Employment as well as Arbitration. During his professional career, he has co-managed several cases regarding workers claims during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, and giving counsel to companies and invididuals regarding Labour, Corportate, and Family Matters.
