Position

Practice focused on administrative law, including to structure project finance and in the organization and supervision of procurement procedures, tenders, bids and government contracts; organization of Procedures to Confirm Interest (PMIs), advising clients in their liaison with regulatory agencies, as well as in motions for the reestablishment of economic-financial balance and representing clients before control agencies. Practice also focuses on internal investigations, compliance training and consulting, draw-up and/or adjustment of integrity programs, anticorruption due diligence and internal policies, based on Brazil’s General Data Privacy Law (LGPD).
