Former Member of the Administrative Board of Tax Appeals of the Federal District (TARF/DF), Gabriel is one of the heads of our law firm’s tax litigation team, developing strategies and representing clients in complex cases before administrative agencies and courts. Gabriel also advises clients on tax planning, teaming up with our M&A practice on related matters. International Tax Review has recognized Gabriel as one of the leading tax litigators in Brazil (2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 to 2020), as well as in indirect taxation in Brazil (2017).
