Associate

Nick is an Associate within the Property team of the Company and Commercial department at Priestleys. Nick’s specialism is in real estate development but regularly acts across the whole spectrum of real estate matters in both residential and commercial property. Nick is also experienced in a number of areas of law connected to real estate, such as planning, corporate structuring, development financing and secured lending. Having worked in-house within local government, for a large international firm, a national firm renowned for its property and development work and a boutique firm, Nick has a breadth of experience that allows him to consider any transaction from a number of different viewpoints and provide a rounded perspective.
