Rachel is an Associate within the Dispute Resolution department and has significant experience in high value complex insolvency and banking disputes. She also has extensive experience in acting on behalf of clients in a variety of sectors in general commercial litigation matters including property disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, emergency injunctions and ADR proceedings.
