Senior Lawyer - Tax Department

Ana María joined Fontaine & Co. in 2011 and is part of the Corporate and Tax areas of the firm.

Her practice is focused on the corporate area, with extensive experience in securities markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and family planning and structuring, advising clients on corporate and various commercial contracting matters.

Complementing her corporate practice, Ana María is also active in the tax area, particularly in matters related to strategic planning and representing our clients in audits and administrative procedures before the tax authorities.

Her areas of specialization include the crypto-assets market, its national and international regulations, and the analysis for the application of current commercial and tax regulations.
