Ignacio joined Fontaine & Co. in 2022 and is part of the firm's finance department.

His practice focuses primarily on advising clients on corporate, real estate, and diverse commercial contracting matters. He participates in company acquisition and merger processes, joint venture formation, and project financing.

Ignacio has experience in urban planning issues and those related to sanitary matters.
