Founder partner of Fontaine & Cía, is one of the leaders of Real Estate Department and leads the Labour area.

As one of the leaders of the Real Estate Department, he has ample experience as a consultant in matters related to construction and real estate issues in different types of projects. He has extensive experience as an advisor to construction and real estate companies, in real estate development projects for homes, office and apartment buildings, shopping centers, mixed developments, and industrial developments. His practice ranges from the initial development of projects, tenders, negotiation and preparation of contracts, claims handling and dispute resolution.
