Daphne focuses her practice on corporate law and corporate governance matters, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the area of listed companies, in observance of Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM) and São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) regulatory requirements. Daphne has experience on matters as shareholder relations, risk oversight, employees’ policies, as well as structuring and drafting executive retention, compensation and benefits plans, share-based plans and public offerings.
